Marian University registrar Jack Hill received the Indiana Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (IACRAO) Distinguished Service Award at the IACRAO annual state meeting on October 22, 2012. In 1976 the IACRAO Executive Committee established the IACRAO Distinguished Service Award to be presented by the Executive Committee to an active IACRAO member who has made outstanding contributions in professional service to IACRAO, AACRAO and the field of higher education in general.
“It is awkward to ‘toot my own horn’,” Jack said, “but I am pleased and humbled to receive this award. I am delighted to be associated with a state award that was first given to my predecessor, Sr. M. Rachel Schulte, OSF, in 1976.”
Previous winners of the IACRAO Distinguished Service Award are listed on the
IACRAO web site.
