In response to the economic challenges facing many Hoosiers, in February Marian College will offer “Staying Sharp,” a series of three workshops for alumni, students, and the general public.
The workshops will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m. in the community room of the Ruth Lilly Student Center. Here is the schedule:
Those attending the first workshop are encouraged to bring their resumes.
Merle Tebbe, a 1974 graduate of Marian College, will teach the classes. Tebbe is the director of administration at Mundell & Associates in Indianapolis. He has conducted numerous job skill workshops in the past.
Cost is $10 per workshop or $25 for all three. Participants can pay by cash or check before each workshop. People who are currently unemployed may attend the sessions at no charge. Please R.S.V.P. to Ann Kreicker ‘74, director of alumni affairs, at alumni@marian.edu or 317.955.6210.
