On Saturday, April 25, 2009, the central Indiana chapter of the Marian College Alumni Association, the Marian College Silver Knights, and campus ministry will sponsor Knights Called to Serve, an annual event in conjunction with United Way of Central Indiana’s Youth Day of Caring.

Marian College students and alumni will join thousands of other volunteers to help with gardening, construction, and landscaping, as well as various indoor service opportunities. This is the 15th year of Youth Day of Caring.

All are welcome to participate. Meet in the Ruth Lilly Student Center at 8 a.m. Service will last from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.; breakfast and lunch will be provided. For more information or to register, contact Ann Kreicker in the Office of Alumni Affairs at alumni@marian.edu.
