On Saturday, April 25, Marian College will play its first football game at St.Vincent Health Field, the new pro-turf field at Marian College.
The inter-squad scrimmage will take place at 7 p.m.—under the lights—and will follow a dinner, reception, and program, beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the Physical Education Center.
Before the scrimmage, we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Indianapolis Capitols football team. The Capitols played near the Marian College campus at Bush Stadium on 16th Street. Players lived in Doyle Hall and practiced on the college’s campus during the summer.
All events are open to the public. Tickets are $50 and include dinner, the program, and the game. For more information or to order tickets, contact Brad Edmonson in the Office of Institutional Advancement at 317.955.6201 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
