Marian College sophomore Allison Boike is starring as Dorothy in Indianapolis Civic Theatre’s production of The Wizard of Oz.

Boike is a 2007 graduate from Kokomo High School in Kokomo, Indiana, and is currently a sophomore at Marian College majoring in art with minors in music, English, and theatre. While this is Boike’s debut performance on the Indianapolis Civic Theatre stage, she is no stranger to performing. She is heavily involved with theatre at Marian College; she has appeared in campus productions of Crossing Delancey and Terzetto, and she was recently involved with running sound board for Dracula and producing The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). She has also appeared in various productions in Kokomo, including Urinetown, Seussical the Musical, Oliver!, and Footloose.
