Tuition and Fee Payment Policy 

Tuition, fees, room, and board are due and payable on or by the published due date for all students who are not formally enrolled in a monthly payment plan with Tuition Managements Systems, Inc. (TMS). Students who neither pay their bill nor secure a TMS payment plan contract by the due date will be charged a late fee by the university and will automatically be enrolled in a monthly TMS payment plan for the semester. The fee for this service will be charged to the student account. If monthly payments are not made to the payment plan on scheduled due dates, TMS will also assess a late payment fee.

Tuition Due Dates

Tuition, fees, and room and board for students in all programs except Marian's Adult Programs (MAP) are due as follows:

  • fall semester: due July 15
  • spring semester: due December 15
  • summer semester sessions: due the first day of the session for that session only

All students have continual online access to their student ledger through the CAMS student portal. As a courtesy, the university mails one paper student bill per semester—for billing purposes, summer is considered as one semester. Students should anticipate that bills will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to the due date. Failure to receive a paper bill does not mean that tuition due dates are waived.

Online Access to Student Accounts

The CAMS student portal allows students to access the semester ledger 24 hours a day and make payments online. Once the student has selected the correct academic term and has logged in, they should choose the “My Ledger” section of the portal.

New students receive information to access their student portal during orientation (SOAR, Advance, or Nursing Focus Day). New students who do not participate in any of these programs will have information mailed to their home address.

Any student who has lost their access information for the CAMS student portal after having been issued a username and password should visit to place a help request with the technology department.
