Register for the 14th annual Central States Regional Ethics Bowl. Registration for the 14th Annual Central States Regional Ethics Bowl will close on October 3, 2012. The registration fee required by the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics is $50 per school. Please remit the registration fee to the APPE directly. Print out the form before you submit and send this, along with your check, to the APPE. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact Beth Works at APPE at 812.855.6450. If you are paying by check, make the check out to the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics and mail it to: Association for Practical and Professional Ethics 618 East Third Street Bloomington, IN 47405-3602 Guests are welcome to attend and observe but they are required to register and pay a $25 fee at the door for breakfast and lunch. We will only be able to accept checks for the guest fee, not cash. * denotes required fields
