What is the difference between the Business Creation and Development minor and the Business Creation and Development concentration?
The minor is available to any non-business major and has a six course sequence. The concentration is available to business related majors and has a four course sequence. The lighter course requirement for the concentration is because the topics of law, ethics, accounting, and finance are covered in the core courses for business related majors.

What majors are available for the Business Creation and Development minor?
Any liberal arts major at Marian University can add the minor of Business Creation and Development.

When was the first courses of Business Creation and Development offered?
The first program-related course was offered in the fall of 2004. This is Business Creation and Development Consulting, BUS 325 and is available to Junior and Senior business and liberal arts students by competitive selection.

How can I learn more about the program and to see if it is right for me?
You will find it helpful to attend the Business Creation and Development luncheon/workshops conveniently offered throughout the year. These luncheons will feature a presentation from an entrepreneur sharing with the audience the value-added enhancement of an entrepreneurial education with a liberal arts course of study.
