Join the Marian University community as we honor our Distinguished Alumni Award Recipients. Cost is $25 per person.

Saturday, September 22

9 a.m.

Men's and Women's Tennis Alumni Match
Tennis Courts

Tennis team alumni, grab your rackets and participate in the annual alumni match! Email Coach Cassie Mackell at for more information or to sign up to play.

10 a.m.

Campus Tours
David B. Haire Welcome and Alumni Center

Take a tour of campus and see all the changes happening on the Marian University campus, including the new residence hall, the Blessed Mother Mary Shrine and Rosary Walk, and construction on the Osteopathic School of Medicine. Tours will be given by student ambassadors. Golf carts will be available.

11:00 a.m.

Tailgate Village, Allen Whitehill Clowes Memorial Amphitheater and Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library parking lots.

Get pumped up for the game by tailgating with classmates and friends! Tailgate parking spaces are located in Allen Whitehill Clowes Memorial Amphitheater and Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library parking lots. No charcoal grills are allowed and alcohol is only permitted in these designated tailgating areas (or at catered events).

Tailgate parking spaces are $10 per space and must be reserved in advance (please see registration form).

11:00 a.m.

Homecoming Festival
Tailgate Village 

Join us for entertainment and a picnic lunch in Tailgate Village. Check out magician, juggler, fire-eater, and modern day daredevil Molotov the Gypsy for an exciting show at the Amphitheater. Other entertainment abounds, including face painting, balloon artistry, and more. Special tent area for class of 1992, 1997, and 2002.

Cost is $10 for a single, $20 for a couple, and $30 for a family package (up to two adults and two children, additional children are $5 per child), and includes game tickets and picnic lunch.

11:30 a.m.

M-Club Hospitality Tent

Get the VIP treatment in our special hospitality area, where you can enjoy lunch and watch the game in style. Cost is $25 per person and includes game ticket, catered lunch, and two drink tickets.

1 p.m.

Homecoming Football Game vs. Grand View University
St.Vincent Health Field

Cheer on the Knights at St.Vincent Health Field during our homecoming game against Grand View University. Crowning of the homecoming court will occur during half-time. Go Knights!

Individual tickets are $7 each and can be purchased in advance or at the ticket booth on game day.

4:30 p.m.

Bishop Chartrand Memorial Chapel, Marian Hall

Celebrate the Eucharist while we pay tribute to alumni, faculty, and staff who passed away this year. All are welcome.

4:30 p.m.

Alumni Post Game Party
Stokely Mansion

Share in the victory celebration after the game! Stop by Stokely Mansion to pick up your Marian University pilsner glass, have a drink, and relax with friends.

5:30 p.m.

Young Alumni Gathering
Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library, 2nd floor

Join fellow graduates of the last decade for food and fun. Cost is $5 per person and includes heavy hors d'oevres and drinks. Drink wristband is good for the remainder of the evening (including Casino Royale).

6 p.m.

Reunion Gatherings
Allison Mansion

Celebrate and reminisce about your college time with classmates. For more information about class reunions, check out the link for Class Reunions to your left. Cost is $25 per person.

6:30 p.m.

Casino Royale
Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library

Bring your poker face and your best James Bond impression for a gathering with alumni, faculty, staff, and students. Listen to music, chat with friends, and win prizes while playing all your favorite casino games.

Women of Marian Luncheon
Allison Mansion

Join fellow alumni for a lunch honoring the classes of 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962, 1967, and the Sisters of St. Francis. The cost is $15 per person (honorees are complimentary).
