Welcome to the Academy for Teaching and Learning Leadership program at Marian University. Our high-quality, innovative program was designed in partnership with world renowned scholars, researchers and experts on effecting change and creating school cultures that lead to improved student learning. Our unique program provides the tools necessary to empower innovators and change leaders to implement aggressive reforms that enable all children to achieve at higher levels. These new leaders must have the capacity to identify and rapidly implement effective turnaround strategies based on a school’s unique needs and characteristics. The primary purpose of the Academy program is to develop and prepare aspiring and practicing school leaders that fiercely effect change to positively impact student achievement.
The Marian University Academy for Teaching and Learning Leadership is proud to be a Bush Institute Alliance to Reform Education Leadership (AREL) affiliate.
