The James A. Allison Fellow Scholarship is named for Indianapolis’ James A. Allison, an internationally renowned entrepreneur and co-founder of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It was on his estate that Marian University was established in 1937. Each year, a select group of new students interested in pursuing an entrepreneurial venture after graduation from Marian University is chosen as Allison Fellows. Fellows share their thoughts, ideas, and aspirations with each other during their time here at Marian University. They meet regularly, support entrepreneurship across the curriculum, meet and learn from other entrepreneurs, and promote entrepreneurship themed events at the university.

The program awards James A. Allison Fellow Scholarships worth up to $6,000 each year to incoming students.
