San Damiano Scholarship Application

Application and nomination forms must be postmarked by December 1, 2012.

Step 1

Apply for admission to Marian University
If you have not yet applied for admission to Marian University, please do so as soon as possible. You may apply online at no charge.

Step 2

Apply for the San Damiano Scholarship
Apply online or

download the San Damiano Application Form. Mail the printed application to:

Indianapolis, IN 46222-1997

All application materials must be postmarked by December 1, 2012.

Step 3

Get two recommedations
To complete your application, please have two individuals complete the San Damiano Scholarship recommendation forms. At least one of your recommendations should come from someone who can attest to your participation in community and church leadership activities.

Each individual can submit their recomendation online or download

the recomendation form and mail it to:
