Requirements for Admission
We appreciate your interest in Marian's Adult Programs. To be admitted into the paralegal studies program, you must:
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- Have at least three years of work experience.
- Have a GPA of 2.00 on a 4.00 scale from the last college attended. Students without prior college attendance must have a high school GPA of 2.30 on a 4.00 scale or have a GED score of 51 or above. (Students who completed the GED exam prior to 12/31/01 must have a GED score of 510 or above.) Students whose last accredited academic record is over five years old will be admitted without consideration of GPA.
In addition, an official GED or high school transcript is required. Official transcripts from all prior colleges are also required.

Complete the online application for admission and submit your $35 application fee. You may also complete a paper application and mail it with your application fee.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Marian University school code is 001821. You will also need to complete the 2011-12 Marian University Financial Aid Application and return it directly to the Marian University Office of Financial Aid.
Request that an official copy of your GED or high school transcript and all college transcripts be sent to Marian University.
