With the intention of actively developing and supporting a diverse collection of resources in all appropriate formats, Mother Theresa Hackelmeier Memorial Library is excited to contribute to the ongoing preservation and display of various collections of the Marian University community. Events and items pertaining to the history, curriculum, and atmosphere of Marian University are digitized by the library staff and are available for viewing through our online collections powered by CONTENTdm software.

In addition, many of the special events happening in the library and on campus, such as lectures, performances, etc. are either filmed or recorded by the library staff and placed in the library reserves collection. To view or hear a copy of these recorded events, stop by the circulation desk and inquire about your selection.

A collection of images dating between 1943-1966 from the Marian tradition in which a member of the senior class was selected to portray the Christmas Madonna in a Nativity tableau.

The Phoenix
The Phoenix Marian University's first student newspaper, spanning the years 1938-1981. This collection was created in collaboration with IUPUI University's Digital Libraries (S652) course.
Sara - a Novel This novel is a semi-autobiographical work of fiction by Sara Cornelius Allison, wife of Indianapolis businessman and co-founder of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway James Allison. It details the tumultuous relationship of the Allison family on its estate, now occupied by Marian University.
