Kevin Schemenauer has a M.A. in Historical/Systematic Theology and a Ph.D. in Moral Theology/Ethics both from The Catholic University of America. He is happily married and the proud father of two sons. He teaches courses in moral theology as well as Marian University’s introduction to theology class. Schemenauer’s research focuses on marriage, sexual ethics, Catholic social teaching, and fundamental moral theology. He wrote his dissertation on Dietrich von Hildebrand’s treatment of procreation which was published as Conjugal Love and Procreation: Dietrich von Hildebrand’s Superabundant Integration with Lexington Books in the spring of 2011. He also gives parish presentations on Christian marriage and Catholic social teaching in the Indianapolis area.
