Marian University's mission is to be a Catholic university dedicated to excellent teaching and learning in the Franciscan and liberal arts traditions. The Office of Human Resources, in partnership with the university community using a stewardship philosophy, seeks to create a work environment which contributes to and fulfills this mission.
