Marian University SHRM Chapter Mission Statement 

The Marian University SHRM Chapter provides students with opportunities, learning initiatives, and events to link theory, laws and content, increasing knowledge as to the effective management of human capital (people) in business. The chapter prepares students for careers in management through networking, camaraderie, respect and mutual support among chapter members and information exchange through its affiliation with SHRM, Indiana State HR SHRM Council, and other student chapters. This organization is open to all students.
